We provide complex services and solutions including the processes of system integration, software development, operation and first and second line support of informations systems.  Also provided is the complete supply of ICT infrastructure. We offer training and consultancy, even outside the field of information and communication technology.

  • Consultancy – We help our customers set up business processes and ICT environment so that ICT solutions support the business plans.
  • Integration – We create the communication bridge between business and IT. We provide solutions to business requirements and integration of systems developed in ICT environment of the customer.
  • Building Up – We design and implement large-scale information systems that meet the business requirements of the customer and give the necessary support in their business.
  • Operation – We secure the operation of information systems and the necessary supervision and management of ICT infrastructure, we ensure the availability of ICT functionality for users.
  • First Line Support – We provide effective and immediate assistance to users of information systems with solutions to known issues including the provision of alternatives, and ensure communication with the second line support in dealing with unfamiliar problems.
  • Second Line Support – We guarantee, with SLA, solutions to problems arising from the use of an information system which due to their difficulty are not addressed in the first line support and provide support to deal with new and non-standard operation tasks.
  • Infrastructure – We provide a comprehensive supply network and communication infrastructure, computer security, HW and SW components and tools including their introduction into routine operation.
  • Education – We provide standardized catalog training, we create custom courses and implement long-term targeted training programs.

Forms of Delivery
  • Team Leasing – Delivery of a fully assembled team of ICT professionals with a guarantee of the required knowledge, capacity and ability to work in an environment and according to the client's standards. Team Leasing can be a very good deal with fluctuations in the necessary volume of work performed or to dynamically change the needed expertise of the team.
  • Solution Delivery – Delivery of a comprehensive solution implemented in the defined quality, scope, time and at a fixed price, all the while providing the required cooperation from the client. We undertake all the risks of software development which significantly reduces the risk to the client. The solutions are always delivered using standard procedures certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 10006, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001.
  • Software as a Service– The client acquires ICT functionality without any direct investment in infrastructure or development. The supplier remains the owner of the final product, and the client leases the information system as a service while remaining the sole owner of the user data. The system runs on the supplier's infrastructure, who also ensures its operation, service, and support. The client only needs a computer with an internet connection. The provided service does not necessarily have to be software but, for example, HelpDesk services; it is possible to use the more general term Solution as a Service.
