By the CHEX application Allianz gained the procedural system for the settlement of claims, which speed up and improves quality of claims settlement for the customers. This has been achieved especially by implementation of process management in the claims handling area supported by proper implementation of information system based on the BPM platform.
To realize the introduced intention Allianz has chosen Unicorn Systems, which was able to meet flexibly the demands of a new information system and to implement the system on chosen BPM technology.
The solution is based on the IBM (Lombardi) Teamworks - excellent solution of BPM which allows faster and more efficient implementation of process-oriented company governance. Main features of this solution are especially:
